ABOVE AND BEYOND BOND CLEANING

Bond cleaning consists of:  

Bathrooms - walls, skirting boards, window sill(s) and cabinetry cleaned, 

Sink/s and toilet sanitised, 

Shower walls, floor, and doors cleaned,

Floor washed, and light switch/power point cleaned.

Bedrooms-  walls, skirting boards, and window sill(s) cleaned, light switches, power point, as well as tracking on any closet doors, ceiling fans, if applicable. 

Living Areas - 

Walls washed with sugar soap, skirting boards, floors (unless carpeted), light switches/power points, and ceiling fan. 

Kitchen - All cabinetry washed inside and out,  walls and tiles washed, skirting boards, bench top, light switches/power points,  oven/stove cleaned inside and out,  floors washed and sink cleaned and shined. 

Laundry area -  Walls washed, laundry sink cleaned inside and out, skirting boards, and floor washed. 

** all floors washed

** windows inside every room cleaned

**all doors cleaned- front and back

** Window sills in every room cleaned

**skirting boards in every room cleaned

** Walls in every room washed

**all ceiling fans cleaned

** all tracking on doors or glass sliders cleaned

** any trash left behind will be taken to your bin, making you responsible to come back and clean the bin, otherwise BIN is hosed for you.

** Screens will be hosed as well as any decking areas. 

N.B.  There is an extra charge for power washing with Gurney, water usage is at expense of renter or Agent and water must be available for this service.

For carpet cleaning and pest control, you will need to advise and we will contract this service out for you if needed, at no extra charge.  We will not ever add charges to what the business charges for this service and will provide receipts from contractor upon request.
